NOVA DESIGN PROCESS

Brainstorming & Concept Development

We started by choosing a name that captures the car’s essence and purpose. A name like Nova lightens the world, and reflects innovation, energy, and a bright future.
We defined the vehicle’s purpose, target audience, and core values, such as sustainability, efficiency, greener and smarter future, and innovation. we sketched out early ideas to visualize the concept. Studied market trends, electric vehicle technology, and sustainable materials. Furthermore, we researched what makes an EV efficient, eco-friendly, and unique to inform your design approach.

Design Specifications & Requirements
The lesson on electrical engineering helps the team understand design specifications. We set initial goals for performance, battery life, range, charging speed, and materials. We stablished what the car must achieve (speed, safety, range) and outline the constraints. We chose an efficient battery solution, considering factors like energy density, weight, and sustainability.

Testing & Iteration

Nova is tested in various conditions to assess handling, power, range, and energy efficiency. We run track tests, stress tests, and safety simulations. We gather data from the tests and make changes. From our last test, we identified a need to refine the vehicle frame.
